When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and business details you provide, including your name, business name, email, location, estimated quantity, and message. We use this information to review and respond to your request. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

Inquiries are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database. We retain them as needed to handle your request and ongoing business discussions. To request correction or deletion, email deepopdesign@gmail.com from the address used for your inquiry.

Website services

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the service. The form uses a daily hash of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; the form database does not store the raw IP address. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when those files are requested.

Amazon purchases

Product links open Amazon. Checkout, payments, shipping, and order support are handled there under Amazon’s own policies. We do not collect payment information on this website.

Cookies and advertising

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. Hosting and security providers may process technical information required to operate the service.
